We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item please read the following information.

  • Exchange Policy
    We are happy to accommodate an exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for all sets that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. The good news is that all Slovenian Hair Shop hair extensions ship with a transparent package, so you can easily tell whether the hair is right for you without unwrapping your order.

    To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:
    1. Email us at contact@slovenianhairshop.com prior to sending your exchange.
    2. Include order number or the copy of your invoice and the set you'd like to exchange to.
    We will then provide you with our return address and instructions.
    Please note: we only do returns for sets with in the same price range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.
  • Return Policy
    You may return unopened hair extensions sets within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt. Make sure that the items have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Once opened, the hair cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

    Why hair extensions cannot be exchanged or returned if opened?
    Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives to us, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or your opened item back.

    Shipping cost for Return or Exchange
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Slovenian Hair Shop. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Slovenian Hair Shop will not be responsible for lost packages.

    How soon will I receive my refund?
    A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened.
    Please note: most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
